Transactions
The Transactions tab provides insights on Accrual, Carryover, Taken, and Adjustment transactions for each Attendance Plan the Employee is assigned to.

New Transactions
Add a new Transaction by selecting the Add button then the attributed Attendance Plan, Transaction Date, Hours, and Comments. The Type will automatically default to Adjustment. -
Negative Adjustments
Negative Adjustments "give" the Employee hours, reflected in the 'Taken/Adjustment' bucket. -
Positive Adjustments
Positive Adjustments "use/take" Employee hours, reflected in the 'Taken/Adjustment' bucket. -
LightWork Time Module
If the LightWork Time Module is also licensed with Attendance, Taken Transactions are traceable back to the Timesheets, and as such manual Transactions (Transactions added from the Employee Profile) can be added for Taken time. Alternatively, if there is no Time Module licensed (Attendance Module is standalone), Users would be not able to enter Transactions manually for Taken, and the Type would default to Adjustment. The 'Negative' and 'Positive' Adjustments would then determine whether the hours are added or subtracted from the Available balance for that Attendance Plan.
Note: Transactions with a transaction date after the Plan’s expiration date are ignored.
